Plot : Prom movie revolves around the most-anticipated Prom night of a high school. Prom night holds a great significance in our lives as it marks a start to college life and puts a full stop to the school life. Directed by Joe Nussbaum, it is a teen flick that throws light on the emotions and sentiments that a teen goes through. The movie focuses on the prospective love affairs, career decisions and many other things. It revolves around Nova Prescott, who is planning for this special night, since her childhood. The dream that she is pursuing while planning for the Prom night is that her crush Brandon will ask her to be his date, on this highly-awaited night. She is aghast when Brandon asks her to carpool. Even worse happens when all the Prom arrangements burn to ashes as fire breaks out in the Prom arena. This forces Nova to take help of school rebel Jesse to restore the arrangements. Initially, they both feel uncomfortable, but gradually Nova discovers the softer side of tough and crude Jesse. This makes her think hard over whether Jesse is just showing-off his hard side or he actually is stone-hearted. Then, Nova’s mother intervenes and warns her to stop her budding feelings for Jesse as he is not worth it. As you watch Prom movie, you will come to know that Nova finds herself at the crossroads as she’s unable to choose between safe Brandon and rebellious Jesse.
