Plot : Gnomeo and Juliet is an animation film that captures the trials and tribulations of two lovers. A version of the Shakespeare’s play, the film ventures into the land of dwarfs or goblins that are constantly fighting amongst each other for trivial reasons. Gnomeo (voice of McAvoy) and Juliet (voice of Emily Blunt) are very much in love with each other and like any other couple, even their path is not a bed of roses. War lines have been drawn between the red and blue gnomes and the battlefield is the lawn of their respective houses.
