Plot : Going The Distance is a forthcoming romantic comedy, which depicts the tests and troubles of long distance relationships. The movie presents the life of a girl (Garrett) and a boy (Erin) who are from a different culture and countries. They meet at one of the city bars and turn into the best drinking buddies. Erin’s charm catches the attraction of Garrett and these two opposites attract. Though there is no love between them, their relationship is totally dependent on their desires and romance. Erin who is an aspiring journalist moves to San Francisco to deal with some issues of his hometown and also to complete the last year of his journalism, whereas Garrett stays in New York City only to remain in her present job. After some time, they decide to put an end to their relationship, though neither of them wants to lose their romance. Ultimately their friendship turns into love despite having countless odds. The star cast of the movie is selected after a lot of consideration, and includes, Drew Barrymore, Justin Long, Christina Applegate and Natalie Morales.
